Position: Mechanical Engineer

Salary: Up to 4 LPA

Key Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in mechanical engineering.
• Skills:
  • Sharp and innovative thinking.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Strong technical knowledge and expertise in technical drawings.
  • Ability to work directly under the Managing Director.
  • Willingness to manage and execute special projects.
  • Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant engineering tools.

Responsibilities

• Work on multiple mechanical projects simultaneously, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
• Develop, implement, and maintain project plans, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, production, and quality assurance, to achieve project goals.
• Prepare, review, and update technical drawings and specifications as required.
• Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and problem-solving for ongoing projects.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the organization to enhance processes and systems.
• Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and the Managing Director to ensure alignment and transparency.
