We are seeking an experienced jBPM developer to design and maintain scalable and high-performance Java systems and BPM. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, expertise in Java scripting, JBPM, CAMUNDA, ITENTIAL, WLI, etc.,

What you’ll be doing…

  • Designing and maintaining scalable and high-performance Java systems and BPM with
  • understanding of case life cycle management, and business process management (BPM).
  • Coordinating with business experts (Business Analysts, Product Owners, Product Managers) to gather functional specifications and accordingly get them designed and build in product using native workflow tools and by harvesting CMMN and BPMN Principles.
  • Collaborating with testers to analyze defects, verify behavior, and resolve issues.
  • Working as an independent team member, capable of applying judgment to plan and execute your tasks.

In this hybrid role, you’ll have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days set by your manager.

What we’re looking for…

You are self-driven with experience in the design and implementation of complex and distributed systems, particularly in building high-performance backend and/or frontend frameworks. You have a passion for seeking engineering excellence and adopting new technologies. You are not afraid to drive for success by working with multi-functional teams.

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or one or more years of work experience..
  • One of more years’ experience in any one of the BPM tool development experiences like JBPM, CAMUNDA, ITENTIAL, WLI etc
  • Expertise in Advanced JavaScript
  • Familiar with CI/CD Deployment

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

  • Knowledge on NodeJS
  • Knowledge on MongoDB
