EV-BSS (Battery Swapping Station) Testing: Testing the CAN communication protocol (CAN BUS Analyzer) between the master and slaves and also checked the Battery status using BMS and also monitoring the battery’s Voltage report, current report, SoC report and slot report, etc... By used cloud based IoT from control room. EV-IoT Device Testing: In this project the IoT devise was installed in EV-Vehicle itself and whenever EV-Vehicle starts then the IoT device continually collect the GPS location and it will update in to the server, here we are assigning Geomapping on the webpage and whenever the vehicle exited from the geo mapping area then notifications will Pop-Up and automatically EV-Vehicle will stop. Testing and troubleshooting of EV- Vehicle OFF-Board Charger, 51.2V/210 Ah,12V/24Ah, etc…. Battery BMS, Solar LED-Lights and ECU. Checking the Hardware Design of: PCB layouts, and components testing for BMS/BSS related PCB hardware, including battery monitoring circuits, voltage regulation, and communication interfaces. Troubleshooting and Support: Provide technical support for troubleshooting PCB-related issues, and implement corrective actions as needed. Software updated: updated the embedded software/firmware for PCB master and slave’s microcontrollers to implement battery state estimation algorithms, fault detection, and communication protocols. Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation including specifications, design documents, test reports, and user manuals for BMS/BSS hardware. BMS Monitoring: Checking the LFP/NMC Battery condition are state-of-charge (SoC) estimation, state-of-health (SoH) monitoring, cell balancing, and thermal management to maximize battery performance by using BMS Monitoring software.
Operation and maintenance of CCMS-Dashboard by using IoT Prepare and maintaining of all project documentation. Maintained material and stock levels consistent at field level for maintenance purpose. Performing on-site field surveys and training the teams if any technical issues raised by making required documentation processes for future references. Train up and guidance for the Internships students. Involved in Back-end Development and Testing Process of application and devices.
