Job Description: Creative Designer and Digital Marketing Specialist

Overview:

We are seeking a talented and innovative Creative Designer and Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Canva, and other design tools, with a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies. This role requires a creative thinker who can produce compelling visual content and contribute to our overall marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

Graphic Design:

Create visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and layouts for various digital platforms including websites, social media, email campaigns, and online advertisements.

Develop creative assets such as banners, posters, infographics, and promotional materials using Adobe Photoshop, Canva, and other design software.

Ensure all designs are aligned with brand guidelines and maintain a consistent look and feel across all platforms.

Content Creation:

Design and produce engaging visual content for social media channels (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn) to drive audience engagement and brand awareness.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and campaigns that resonate with our target audience.

Digital Marketing:

Assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across various channels including social media, email marketing, and display advertising.

Develop eye-catching visuals and graphics for digital ads, landing pages, and promotional emails.

Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns and provide insights to improve effectiveness.

Brand Development:

Work closely with the marketing and product teams to understand the brand’s vision and contribute to its development through creative design.

Ensure all creative outputs reflect the brand’s identity and values.

Collaboration and Communication:

Collaborate with copywriters, marketers, and other team members to create cohesive and compelling marketing materials.

Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand their requirements and deliver creative solutions that meet their needs.

Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Experience:

Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, Creative Designer, or similar role.

Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creative projects.

Skills:

Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Canva, and other graphic design tools.

Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and strategies.

Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.

Ability to create engaging and visually appealing content for various digital platforms.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Skills (Preferred):

Knowledge of other Adobe Creative Suite applications (Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).

Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for web design.

Experience with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) is a plus.

Familiarity with SEO best practices and tools.

Experience with social media management and analytics tools.
