This is a full-time on-site role for an EV Service Technician at The Joiner in Mumbai. The EV Service Technician will be responsible for maintenance and repair, troubleshooting, field service, and providing exceptional customer service on a daily basis.

Qualifications

  • Maintenance & Repair, Troubleshooting, and Field Service skills
  • Customer Service and Maintenance skills
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in electrical vehicle maintenance is a plus
  • Diploma or certification in Automotive Technology or related field
