The Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations at the construction site, ensuring that work is completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with safety regulations and quality standards. This role involves supervising staff, coordinating with subcontractors, and managing resources effectively to meet project goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Site Management:
  • Oversee day-to-day operations on the construction site.
  • Ensure that work is performed according to project plans, specifications, and quality standards.
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays that arise.
  • Supervision and Coordination:
  • Supervise and manage on-site personnel, including tradespeople, laborers, and subcontractors.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, design team, production team and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to safety regulations and construction standards.
  • Safety and Compliance:
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Conduct safety meetings and briefings to promote awareness and compliance.
  • Ensure all necessary permits and licenses are obtained and maintained.
  • Quality Control:
  • Monitor the quality of work performed on-site and ensure it meets the required standards.
  • Conduct inspections and provide feedback to rectify any issues or deficiencies.
  • Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used.
  • Communication and Reporting:
  • Maintain open lines of communication with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders.
  • Provide regular updates on project progress, including any issues or changes.
  • Prepare and submit daily reports, including site activities, progress, and any incidents.
  • Resource Management:
  • Manage and allocate resources efficiently to avoid delays and minimize costs.
  • Track and order materials and equipment as needed, ensuring proper storage and usage.
  • Resolve any conflicts or issues related to resource management on-site.
  • Problem Solving:
  • Identify potential problems or risks and develop solutions to mitigate them.
  • Address and resolve any conflicts or disputes that arise on-site.

Need to visit site and will be supervising modular installation works.

Should be coordinating with the carpenters and Operations head.

Will be working from the site mostly.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay :18,000 -25,000 Per Month
