L2 Support Analyst

The role will partner with HR to serve as a technical point-of-contact for HRIT ensuring data integrity, efficient use of the integrations, and support.

  • Proficiency in troubleshooting technical issues.
  • Provide day to day systems support, solving data problems and systems issues, including integration/file error support.
  • Knowledge in HCM functional areas in defining how multiple HCM modules work together.
  • Respond to Workday related HR questions in partnership with IT.
  • Design/develop user procedures, guidelines, training, and documentation.
  • Lead calls for requirements gathering and Unit testing with developers and UAT with HR.
  • Work with Workday Developers and Security Admin.
  • Ability to complete tasks efficiently, accurately, and in a timely manner.
  • Experience in Web Service Integrations: SOAP, WSDL, XML, XSLT.
