Role Description

We are seeking a full-time on-site Solar Installation Site Engineer based in Chennai. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and executing solar installation projects, ensuring the quality and efficiency of all components, and managing site operations to maximize solar energy output.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee solar installation projects from planning to execution.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and project specifications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize site operations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any site-related issues.
• Monitor project progress and report on key performance metrics.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in solar energy systems installation and maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of solar technology, components, and project planning.
• Familiarity with site engineering practices specific to solar energy solutions.
• Relevant certifications in solar or renewable energy systems are advantageous.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills to ensure project success.
