K2India is a New Delhi based multi–disciplinary design and architectural firm founded in 2010 by Sunita Kohli (Padma Shri, 1992) and her architect daughter, Kohelika Kohli. They offer services in Architecture, Interior Architecture, Interior Design, and furniture manufacturing with a focus on excellence and quality.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Site Supervisor at K2India in New Delhi. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for

  • The person should be equipped to handle the site.
  • The person should be equipped to handle the labour and contractors.
  • The person should be equipped to read the drawing fully and execute the same on-site.
  • Should be equipped to communicate properly and present the site report on a daily basis.
  • Should have knowledge of all interior works from scratch to finish.
  • Should have good knowledge of services i. e. HVAC, electrical and plumbing
  • A person should be fully aware about the waterproofing of the sunken area as well as the terrace and balconies.
  • A person should have good knowledge of stone laying and tile fixing as well.
  • A person should be equipped to supervise the finishing and quality works and make sure everything is in line and level.
  • A person should be equipped to make the bills / check the bills and can calculate the quantities from the drawings and site as well.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of construction processes, architecture, and interior design
  • Experience in site supervision and project management
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to coordinate with contractors, vendors, and team members
  • Attention to detail and quality assurance
  • Understanding of safety regulations and compliance
  • Relevant certification or diploma in construction management or related field
