Description:

Service engineers are responsible for the installation and repair of equipment related to various sectors of the technology industry. They perform installation and repair duties at clients’ homes or places of business. Service engineers may work in both public and private sector settings, including electric manufacturing companies.

Key Accountabilities:

• Order and restock materials as required.
• Deliver services to customers effectively and punctually.
• Walk customers through equipment operation, including safety instructions.
• Explain new features and suggest upgrades to customers.
• Provide clear customer feedback.
• Respond to emergencies promptly and complete tasks within the given deadlines.

Education:

• B.Tech/Diploma in Electrical & Electronics.
• Knowledge of charger design and repair is desirable.

Experience:

• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in EV charger design and service.

Skills & Competencies:

• Knowledge of products and services.
• Strong service and design skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience in the EV charger manufacturing industry or a related field.
• Knowledge of EV chargers and their components.
• Ability to develop new products.
• Time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks according to urgency.
• Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month
