Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Electric Vehicle Service Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electric vehicle technology and maintenance, along with a passion for teaching and training. This role involves developing and delivering training programs on the servicing and repair of electric vehicles, ensuring that trainees gain practical and theoretical knowledge in this emerging field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver comprehensive training sessions on electric vehicle (EV) servicing, maintenance, and repair.
• Create and update course materials, including lesson plans, instructional content, and practical exercises.
• Provide hands-on training in EV technologies, including battery systems, electric drivetrains, and charging infrastructure.
• Assess and evaluate students’ performance through practical assessments, tests, and projects.
• Stay informed about the latest advancements in electric vehicle technology and integrate these updates into the training curriculum.
• Offer career guidance and support to students, including advice on industry certifications and job placement opportunities.
• Collaborate with the training team to ensure the curriculum aligns with industry standards and job market requirements.
• Provide feedback and recommendations for continuous improvement of the training programs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Technology, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in electric vehicle maintenance and repair.
• Proven experience in teaching or training, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts effectively.
• Strong understanding of electric vehicle systems, including batteries, electric drivetrains, and charging systems.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to create an engaging and interactive learning environment.
• Relevant certifications or training in electric vehicle technology are highly desirable.
