Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced PCB Designer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing printed circuit boards (PCBs) for our advanced EV charging systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in PCB design, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for developing cutting-edge technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop PCBs for EV charging systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with electrical engineers, mechanical engineers, and other team members to define PCB layout requirements and constraints.
• Create detailed PCB layout designs using industry-standard software (e.g., Altium Designer, Eagle, KiCad).
• Perform schematic capture, component placement, routing, and verification of PCB designs.
• Conduct design reviews and provide feedback to improve the overall design process and product quality.
• Ensure PCBs are designed for manufacturability, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
• Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure timely and accurate production of PCBs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve design issues, including signal integrity, thermal management, and EMC/EMI compliance.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records of PCB designs, revisions, and test results.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest PCB design trends, tools, and technologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in PCB design, preferably in the EV or automotive industry.
• Proficiency in PCB design software (e.g., Altium Designer, Eagle, KiCad).
• Strong understanding of PCB manufacturing processes and industry standards (e.g., IPC).
• Experience with high-power and high-density PCB design.
• Knowledge of EMC/EMI compliance and mitigation techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 – ₹80,000.00 per month
