Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an EV Trainer at GTT Foundation in Hyderabad. The EV Trainer will be responsible for conducting training programs on electric vehicle technologies and related subjects. The trainer will develop training materials, deliver engaging sessions, and assess the progress and performance of trainees. They will also contribute to the development of new training modules and keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements.

Qualifications

• Experience and expertise in electric vehicle technologies
• Strong knowledge of EV charging infrastructure and associated systems
• Familiarity with EV components, batteries, and power electronics
• Experience in conducting training programs and workshops
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with other trainers and stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Relevant certifications in the field of electric vehicle technologies
• Prior experience in skill development initiatives or working with marginalized communities is a plus
